Malika Bendifallah has a scientific background. She has worked to support farmer organisations in Africa and Asia. Since 1997, she has experimented in many types of management approaches in the associative and private sector in Cambodia. For service provider companies, she set out and implemented working practices pursuant to international standards certification.

In Vietnam, Malika established a centralised human resources service for a global company working in the construction industry and conceived the organisation of the human resources management spanning four countries (Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and India), tailored to local requirements. She also set out a joint Human Resource Management strategy by developing monitoring tools adapted to the local context and in agreement with the corporation global strategy.

Through her experience of the business sector, Malika has acquired expertise in identifying needs, and in designing and carrying out organisational and management processes, pursuant to the operational and implementation objectives of the corporations. Malika has an in-depth knowledge of Cambodia and of its working environment.
